It has come to our attention that a very rare error can occur during
registration of our products if there is a permissions issue with
eSellerate's Application Support folder. If you receive a -25011 error
during installation, please use the Finder to navigate to
/Library/Application Support/MindVision. Do a Get Info on the
MindVision folder and ensure that the MindVision folder and all of the
files inside of the MindVision folder are writeable by the current
user. NOTE that this folder is in the general /Library folder, not the
user's ~/Library folder!

Here's a general overview (with screenshots) of how to purchase HappyNewYear! The same process can be followed for HappyHolidays!
First, please download the latest version of our software from our
website. The download should be a Disk Image .dmg file which you can
double-click to mount. A Finder window should appear showing you the
Installer Package. Double-click the Installer Package file to run the Installer. Agree to
the license agreement, and install it to your hard drive.
The program will be installed inside of your Applications folder. Find the icon for the program in your Applications folder and double-click it to run it. The Registration Info window will appear if you have not yet registered the software. Click the Register button. Read the text and press the Purchase Now button.
Be sure you are connected to the Internet, and temporarily disable your firewall or bypass your proxy server if necessary. We use eSellerate's purchasing and registration engine, so our software will need to make a connection the eSellerate servers for registration. If you receive an error during purchasing, you may need to check your
Internet settings and make sure you have an active connection capable
of connecting to eSellerates servers. You may need to turn off your
firewall or bypass your proxy server. Once connected to eSellerate's Servers, you should see our shopping cart screen. Verify the currency, product, and quantities, and enter your purchase information. Once you have filled out the form, you will see the Order Confirmation screen. Our software products are officially licensed for a single user on a single computer. As a courtesy, we allow installation on two computers for people who have a desktop computer and laptop computer, or a home computer and office computer. If you have reached the activation limit, you will need to contact us at

to request a license transfer. We will be able to turn off the activations on your current computer and you will be able to re-register the program on a different computer.

Here is a list of some error codes that you may encounter while registering our products: - -3001: General connection failure. Be sure you are connected to the Internet when registering. You may need to disable firewalls and bypass proxy servers as the program must connect to our registration servers during registration.

- -25000: Unknown activation ID. Try entering your name and serial number EXACTLY as provided. We recommend using copy-and-paste.
- -25001: Unknown serial number. Try entering your name and serial number EXACTLY as provided. We recommend using copy-and-paste.
- -25002: Serial number mismatch. Try entering your name and serial number EXACTLY as provided. We recommend using copy-and-paste.
- -25003: Blacklisted serial number. Perhaps your serial numbers is being used by software pirates? Contact us if you get this error code.
- -25004: Invalid order status. Perhaps a problem with your payment, or the order has been voided. Contact us if you get this error code.
- -25005: Activation limit. Our software is officially licensed for use on only one computer, though we have relaxed the activation limit to allow use on two computers (e.g. work and home, or desktop and laptop). Please do not abuse this feature. Please contact us at

us if you need to remove a registration from an old computer.
- -25011: Permissions problems with /Library/Application Support/MindVision folder. Make sure your user has write permissions on this folder and any files within this folder. Learn more here.

A few users have reported an "Invalid Credit Card" error message during registration. Occasionally our back-end fulfillment site may be unable to communicate with their upstream credit card validation servers. Be sure you are connected to the Internet, and please disable any firewalls or bypass proxy servers while registering.
Please try registration again, and note the exact error message or error number that may appear. You must use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB or PayPal. If you choose anything but PayPal you must enter the Credit Card Number, Card Security Code and Expiration Date exactly. If all credit cards fail to work, you may try PayPal. Firewalls and Proxy Servers may interfere with our product's registration functions which uses technology from eSellerate. Please temporarily disable your firewall and bypass your proxy server if you have problems registering our products.

We do not currently offer Windows versions of our software packages. Our programs are designed to run on Mac OS X only.

Current registered users of our software can upgrade to the latest 2.x versions for FREE. Simply download the latest version from our website and use the Register command. Use the exact registered name and serial number from your original purchase. Be sure to enter your name and serial number exactly -- we recommend using copy-and-paste. Q. When I click the register button I get the message "Patched by iMac Daddy" and I cannot continue. How can I fix this?
A. This is due to a corrupt eSellerate engine. Navigate to your hard drive, Library>>Application Support and throw the MindVision folder in the trash. Then navigate to Library/Preferences and throw the file "com.esellerate.owc80211g.plist" in the trash. Connect to the internet and go to http://www.esellerate.net/esellerate_update.asp, install the OS X update and try the register button again.

We use SSL connections to transmit credit card info over the internet. Also your full credit card number is not stored in the database after the transaction.
If you are still concerned, please click on the link "eSellerate Security" in the lower left corner of the first screen of the Software Delivery Wizard, for more info about our security.
The full product will allow you to remove the watermark which is displayed over the image.
