We have only seen this problem once, but if you get a HappyNewYear! error message that says "Unexpected error when getting shipping information. 25129:12,2560", please try updating the eSellerate registration libraries by following these steps:

• Quit all programs.
• Go to http://www.esellerate.net/esellerate_update.asp
• Click on "Updater for Mac OS X"
  
• Once you have downloaded updater_OSX.dmg, please mount the dmg Disk Image file and double click on the updater.
  
• Please try to register HappyNewYear! again.
