PhotoCopy - Flickr Privacy Settings

When PhotoCopy uploads images to your Flickr account, it does not set permissions on the uploaded items. This means that the default privacy settings in your Flickr account control who can see items uploaded by PhotoCopy.

Before using Photcopy, configure your default privacy settings in Flickr so that items uploaded by PhotoCopy will have the permissions you want.

To configure Flickr's default privacy settings click here or follow these steps in any web browser:

  • Goto www.flickr.com and login to your account.
  • Goto your account screen by clicking on your user name in the upper right of the window.
  • Click on the 'Privacy & Permissions' tab.
  • Scroll down to the 'Defaults for new uploads' section. Click on the 'edit' link to the right of 'Who will be able to see, comment on, or add notes'.
  • Set the default privacy settings on this page. The settings in 'Who can see your photostream?' control who will see photos you upload using PhotoCopy.
